Now that the 3-B is a thrift store, the Plan B is having trouble booking decent shows, the Nightlight's closed and now the Showoff has been torn down it's truly an end of an era. Other clubs will come and go, and I'm sure there'll be some decent ones, but these are the places that I'm personally attached to and they're all gone. I only made it to the Show Off Gallery once and I spent the last couple of years just trying to remember the name.. But I was talking to a friend today about a show I saw there once with Death Cab for Cutie and a couple other awesome bands that I unfortunately can't remember the names of and I started to get all sentimental. I found your post and it brought back some nice memories. :) Aw. :) Thanks for writing this..
