The Nightlight’s Back In Business!

The Nightlight is finally open again! So far they only have 2 shows scheduled - tonight (2/9) is Juana Molina and Wedndesday (2/11) is Yogoman spinnin’ records (for just $3!). I’m looking forward to seeing more additions to their concert calendar, but this is a great start!

Baker Theatre has a new space and are starting to book some decent shows, but it still doesn’t completely fill the void that the closure of the Nightlight has left. There have been random bits of info in the Cascadia …

Word has it that the Rogue Hero expansion project is complete. I haven’t had a chance to check it out yet, but plan to Feb. 6 when the Boss Martians grace their stage. Also, it seems like there hasn’t been much news about the new Glow Nightclub opening up above Bob’s downtown. It seems like a really cool space, so I’m anxious to see what they do with it. I’ve seen a couple of ads in the Herald (pretty amatuerish looking, unfortunately), but hopefully they have put more focus on …
